Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst compiles and analyzes data required for merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects. Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis. Being a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Additionally, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour - Depending on Experience

    Supervisor: Regional Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager

    Your Role with Us:
    As a Commercial Property Coordinator at Red Tail Acquisitions, you'll be at the forefront of our property's success, responsible for various key tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors at the management office.
    • Collaborating with supervisors to swiftly resolve tenant and property maintenance issues.
    • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
    • Ensuring prompt rent collection and reducing delinquencies through follow-ups and clear communication with tenants.
    • Supporting property management in leasing and tenant relations tasks.
    • Handling general office tasks and assisting with tenant and public relations events.

    Your Essential Qualifications:
    To excel in this role, you'll need:

    • A demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently.
    • Effective communication skills for seamless interactions with team members and clients.
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills to handle tasks effectively.
    • A customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Special Requirements:
    Physical Demands:
    In this role, you'll engage in various physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and reaching. Occasional climbing may be required, along with specific vision requirements.


    Attendance/Travel:
    This position may require working nights, weekends, special events, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation in company functions and events are also expected.


    Qualifications:
    Computer Skills:
    Basic to intermediate computer and Internet knowledge, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Yardi experience is preferred but not required.


    Learning and Development:

    Education:
    A high school education or equivalent is required, along with accurate performance of intermediate mathematical functions and adept use of all on-site tenant management software functions.
