Being a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Additionally, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The role is based in Madrid, reporting directly to the Director of Acquisitions.
