Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst compiles and analyzes data required for merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects. Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis. Being a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Additionally, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     SAIC is seeking a Logistician to support the USMC at our Hanahan, SC location. This position is 100% on- site. 

    The Logistician will: 

    • Control the efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
    • May also plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production.
    • Plan and manage material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production
    • Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes. Logistics functions encompass maintenance, supply, transportation and logistics plans.
    • Support program formulation, policy planning, coordination, inspection, integrated logistics processes, joint planning logistics, asset visibility, and material management.
    • Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; will work out of a central warehouse.
    • Use computer system and CMPro for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
    • Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
    • Provide additional CMPro support as required by the program .
    • Support receiving, replacing, and retiring of HW inventory and components
    • Apply processes in accordance with DoD.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience.
    • Experience with CMPro required.
    • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen
