Responsibilities:

• :Engage with customers in a professional manner to promote and sell products on behalf of our clients.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of sales and marketing associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned retail locations.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail store management and staff to ensure alignment and support for our sales and marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven leadership experience, either in a professional or extracurricular capacity, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail is advantageous but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
