We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member who is ready to utilize their organizational, prioritizing and analyzing skills to process debit card transaction disputes. You’ll be challenged to thoroughly to learn multiple EFT networks’ rules and regulations, multiple computer systems, and utilize your knowledge to accurately and efficiently investigate cardholder debit card dispute claims for our member financial institutions.
