Merchant Chargeback Analyst is responsible for investigating and reversing credit card charges disputed by the account holder. Processes refunds to the merchant or cardholder; Tracks chargebacks and refers fraudulent activity to the appropriate department. Being a Merchant Chargeback Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Merchant Chargeback Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Supervisor for Supply Chain Informatics, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for implementation, enhancement and support of the Supply Chain Management Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) for LifeBridge Health. The Sr. Analyst will possess a strong working knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, and various IT platforms as well as strong customer service and communication skills to provide on-going support for end users.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Administrative Performs administrative duties as part of the IS support team.
- Analysis Analyzes large data sets to help ensure a reliable and stable information systems environment.
- Customer Service Leads IS to provide all customers with ever-improving support for their use of technology.
- Documentation Provides clear and concise written communication of work.
- Technical Maintains and develops information systems.
REQUIREMENTS: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Education/discipline: Computer/Information Systems related. Experience - (5-7) years.
