Role Summary
As one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, warranty calls, and being the first person to try and solve customer questions, concerns or challenges. This is a full-time hourly position reporting to our Director of Operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and customers at the front desk!
Answer calls, providing customer service support ensuring all customer needs are met.
Responsible for the warranty call process partnering with our Construction department to ensure warranty calls are scheduled and completed.
Take responsibility for accurate entry of customer information in CRM.
Document all communication with customers in our CRM.
Organize and maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Order office supplies
Stay current on industry news, products, and competition to effectively offer company products and services
Support our Sales Admin in scheduling appointments for sales representatives and follow up on leads generated by various sources
Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or sales role
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time-management skills and able to perform in a fast pace environment.
Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
