    Job Title: Customer Service Representative  Location: Donegal, PA  Salary: $12.25 / hourly Job Description:Ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to become fast and casual “to go” with world class convenience. Assists and supports the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in the execution of the entire store’s operations; including: understanding the customer experience cycle, provide superior customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, pricing, active participation in the clean, friendly, and in-stock (CFI) expectations, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards. Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
    • Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services.
    • Always maintain a presence at the cash register unless relieved by another CSR.
    • Each CSR on duty will be assigned to be CSR, 1, 2, or 3 by the manager on duty
    • Communicate food offering needs to kitchen and Store Manager.
    • Maintains site appearance standards keeping the stores sparkling clean and taking exceptional care of our valued guests. Performs light maintenance, exterior and interior cleaning including rest rooms duties as assigned.
    • Assist in floor moves, all product stocking, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
    • Follows and complies with all health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe working practices.
    • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring inventory.
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including safety, signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
    • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountability at POS registers.
    • Listens and responds to customer requests, follows guidelines to resolve customer concerns and forwards information to management as needed.
    • Develop knowledge of our Point of Sale and front register processes, as well as our kitchen operations.
    • Follows Incident Reporting Instructions and reports any safety concerns or related incidents timely.
    • Maintain professional appearance in accordance with the company dress code policy.
    • Maintains professional communication and demeanor with vendors, team members and guests.
    • Strong commitment to teamwork while being flexible and adaptable to change.
    • Adheres to Federal, State, and local regulations and prohibits the sale of age restricted products to individuals under the minimum age requirement.
    • Train other team members as necessary. Cross trained in all retail and food service operations where applicable.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    • Experience preferably in a retail, QSR, or convenience store environment preferred.
    • Ability to learn and utilize the store’s computer applications required.
    • Exceptional customer service, superior relationship building, and strong leadership skills required.
    • Highly effective written and oral communication skills required.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
    • Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
    • Reliable transportation is required.
    • Serv Safe/Other State or County Certifications within the first 90 days of employment.
