Responds to questions, researches and troubleshoots issues, processes billing and adjustment transactions. Being a Merchant Card Customer Service Representative assists with the set up and maintenance of services and processing systems including supplies and advertising collateral. Communicates new service offerings or changes to the clients. Additionally, Merchant Card Customer Service Representative may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Merchant Card Customer Service Representative gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.
