    • Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle technologies, and service procedures through ongoing training and professional development.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service environment.
    • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and maintenance procedures.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
