As the Data Manager on the Capital Markets team, you will lead the development of databases, pipelines, reporting & analytics, automation and forecasting that will enable Stori to level up its capital markets operations during our next major phase of growth. In the coming months, Stori will introduce new debt capital providers to its stack while launching several new products and product features. We need an experienced data professional with strong finance fundamentals and direct prior exposure to asset-backed lending structures. You will lead the buildout, development and refinement of the infrastructures which will power successful operations for our multi-million dollar debt facilities as they finance new and existing products. You will also guide Stori teams to develop products and processes which are always eligible for external debt funding. This role will directly support our existing financing facilities, as well as new capital raises and lender onboarding. The role will also play a pivotal role in developing the data mechanisms necessary to track and report on new products and new product features. The role will involve heavy collaboration across internal Data, Tech, Credit, and Product teams. You will be expected to manage multi-team projects with strong communication leading to cross-team clarity and high-efficiency. This role is ideal for gaining direct experience building new products and standing up new financing structures in the context of building a high-growth fintech.
