Merchant Card Customer Service Manager manages a team of merchant card customer service representatives.     • Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
    • Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
    • Audits customer service procedures and trends and determines system improvements.


    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in a related or applicable discipline required.*
    • Three years of customer service experience required.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

    *Supervisory experience in a related or applicable industry may substitute for education.
