Merchant Card Customer Service Manager jobs in Fontana, CA

Merchant Card Customer Service Manager manages a team of merchant card customer service representatives. Establishes service standards and monitoring processes to identify and resolve performance issues with team or service systems and procedures. Being a Merchant Card Customer Service Manager provides development and training that ensure the team is prepared to provide efficient service. Coordinates with other internal functions to provide any technical or other services that are needed. Additionally, Merchant Card Customer Service Manager recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs and to address new or unmet business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Merchant Card Customer Service Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Merchant Card Customer Service Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Type: 6-month Full-time Contractor Position (with possible extension)

    Responsibilities

    1. Assisting with customer order placement (include but not limited to domestic and international orders etc.)
    2. Maintaining order status and providing customers with tracking updates as needed.
    3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns (especially for new onboarded customers)
    4. Following up with the other departments to ensure the service standards are being met (include but not limited to B2B team, warehouse operations, Account Managers, etc.)
    5. Manual operation is needed when certain functions are not supported by WMS/OMS.
    6. Helping with customers claims and following through the process
    7. Coordinating with Account Managers to generate all related paperwork and necessary information as needed.

    Qualifications

    1. Must have an associate degree, and bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    2. Intermediate MS office applications skills
    3. Strong attention to detail accuracy
    4. Ability to multi-task and to effectively adapt to changes and thrive in a stimulating, fast-pace work environment
    5. Excellent communication skills, innovative mind, Strong critical thinking
    6. Experience in data analysis, clean and process is a plus.
    7. Mandarin speaking is preferred.
