We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all staff
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient seating and wait times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient food service
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and front entrance
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Utilize Toast POS system to manage reservations, track sales, and generate reports

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Proficient in team management and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with kitchen management procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience working with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
