Impact Merchandise, Inc. is seeking a mature and intelligent individual to aid in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position will provide direct support to the Alaska Division to ensure efficient workflow and successful outcomes in its wholesale souvenir business. The role requires a combination of administrative, analytical, and technical skills. The ideal candidate would have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, adaptability, and a positive outlook.
Responsibilities include:
§ Update assorted databases that manage the flow of information through the company including item information, product specs, artwork, and imagery, purchasing, receiving, allocation, and shipping details.
§ Conduct research and gather data for various operational projects.
§ Assist with tech packs.
§ Review samples & production before approving and/or sending to clients.
§ Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
§ Review and process vendor invoices.
§ Review and process customer invoices and credits.
§ Facilitate information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
§ Provide regular status reports to customers.
§ Identify areas of improvements and contribute to innovation in operational processes.
§ Provide status updates to management on a periodic basis.
