Merchandise Planner, Sr. jobs in Lynn, MA

One of our largest eCommerce clients is hiring a Planner to support the Robotics org for global transportation and freight. Role will be hybrid onsite in Boston, MA. Pay $53-54/hr DOE.

Description:

• Planner will plan and execute global transportation for ocean and air freight.
• Executing shipment bookings, timeliness, transportation partners, on-track, budget for shipment
• Transportation planning and execution
• Working individually, working closely with the team and cross-functional team
• Managing 3rd party logistics provider and Amazon internal transportation providers
• Delivering latest robotics technology
• New or existing fulfillment centers

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1-3 years experienced in logistics, global transportation, ocean and air freight
• MUST Have: Excel, EAM, TPS systems, ERP and Office Suite experience.
• Planning and scheduling of logistics operations.
• Understands international trade compliance
• TMS Systems Experience
• Carrier Management, negotiations, and budget analysis experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• 3-5 year of experience managing international ocean and air freight, carrier management, freight planning to achieve material need by dates.
