Merchandise Planner - Produce jobs in Surprise, AZ

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries by phone
• Tracking customer orders by phone and computer
• Process next day orders and will calls
• Interact with other departments to resolve customer related issues
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Requirements

• Must have excellent numeric, oral, and written communication skills
• An aptitude and appreciation for servicing customers
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Achievement oriented/goal directed
• A strong knowledge of MS Office, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be able to pass a drug test
