Start your journey as a Production Planner at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. The Production Planner works closely with Master Scheduling, Planning and Purchasing to analyze requirements and coordinate a production plan for an assigned production area. Our Planning team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

• Work closely Planning team regarding interpretation of the MRP workbench and applicable planning information to create and close discrete jobs and create purchase requisitions for assigned planner codes and products.
• Ensure materials and processes are available to achieve established production schedules.
• Participate and support the production planning meetings providing detailed updates and plan status.

• Monitor MRP action notice and related information available to define workload and material requirements that support on time delivery of customer sales order, escalating discrepancies as needed.
• Establish and communicate daily production planning to Planning team and production staff. Monitors progress on priorities to assure completion of job to meet customer delivery schedule.

• Associates Degree in business or technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic understanding of production planning/scheduling.
• APICS certification a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
