Brushco, our farm located in Brush, Colorado is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The essential function of this position is to manage the office and general HR functions for this facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other duties as assigned
• Supervises and monitors the performance of office workers.
• Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
• Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
• Makes recommendations to upper management regarding staffing issues and procedural changes.
• Ensures that day-to-day operations align with organizational objectives.
• Provide training on Health and Safety
• Conduct Food Safety/Quality inspections and document

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• University/College education preferred
• Two years of related work experience required.
• Leadership skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Clerical skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork.
• Fluency in English and Spanish a must
