Job Summary:

Duties:

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a deli or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Skills:
- Coffee knowledge is preferred but not required
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Shift management experience, including scheduling and staff supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
