Merchandise Planner - Bakery jobs in Fort Wayne, IN

```Duties```
- Prepare and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and orders
- Use various tools and techniques to create decorative designs on cakes
- Ensure cakes are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Package finished cakes for display or delivery

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with cake decorating tools and equipment, such as piping bags, spatulas, and stencils
- Ability to use knives and other cutting tools safely
- Experience working in a restaurant or food production environment is a plus
