Position Responsibilities:

• Cultivate genuine relationships with a diverse range of individuals
• Conduct regular real estate investment appointments
• Follow up on provided leads
• Efficiently close leads
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships
• Display an outgoing, intuitive, and empathetic approach
• Proactively drive results and willingly be held accountable
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
• No license required
• Strong desire to succeed with an expectation to earn a minimum of $100k in the first year (uncapped commissions)
• Passion for sales
• Basic computer knowledge

• Full-time, in-office position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Competitive salary: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
