A3 Merchandise is a slightly irreverent but professional creative agency with in-house creative direction & design, screen printing, international sourcing, eCommerce marketing and fulfillment. Our team works with our partners and clients in every facet of their merchandise lives.

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

As a Tour/Events Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of orders, maintaining inventory integrity, and contributing to the overall success of our Tour/Events operations.

JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

• Load/unload trucks and trailers and move boxes and pallets into place.
• Make deliveries in the box truck or van to fulfill orders or pick up product. Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, verify accuracy of products, and record received items in the inventory management system.
• Accurately pick products from shelves or bins based on order requirements and ensure they are appropriately packed for shipment.
• Perform quality checks on products, addressing any defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, weighing, and arranging for courier or delivery services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for maintaining security and confidentiality of customer orders and sensitive information.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Have a passion for music.
• Comfortable being on your feet ~8 hours per day.
• High attention to detail
• Skilled at multitasking and problem solving.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and moving heavy items.
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and potentially with customer service for order-related inquiries.
• Skilled at collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations and assist when needed.
• Ability to understand the impact of accurate order fulfillment on customer satisfaction and strive to meet or exceed expectations.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive box truck and van.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS A PLUS:

• Knowledge of inventory tracking systems, stock rotation, and proper storage practices.
• Previous work in fast-paced shipping/receiving.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks to meet order deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.

EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment. (required)
• Day Shift (required)
• Minimum of a High School diploma
• Experience in or knowledge of music and entertainment industry, artist merchandising a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping methods such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
