    Business Development Representative Profile:

    Responsibilities in the Role

    • Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target companies and build relationships as necessary through warm/cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other means.
    • Conduct market research to identify prospects aligned with agency goal strategies across all industries.
    • Consistently drive prospects into leads through high-volume outbound sales activity.
    • Conduct detailed research to understand the prospect's deficiencies that align with agency solutions.
    • Craft personalized, compelling content to increase engagement.
    • Develop cadence campaigns to ensure consistent and effective outreach with follow-up.
    • Daily calls along with email and LinkedIn messages.
    • Proficient in Microsoft
    • Work closely with the team to strategize more effective sales methods

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Self-motivation, competitive mentality, encouraged by challenges, and determined by nature
    • Experience in B2B sales, executive corporate level is a plus
    • Experience closing business originating from cold sales
    • Organized and proficient in time management
    • An aptitude for research and analysis to understand market needs
    • Strong presentation skills are a plus
    • Familiarity using ZoomInfo and Salesforce
    • Proficient in writing, documenting, and tracking
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent track record of success in sales

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
