Summary: Perform all aspects of the Buyer position in an efficient, and professional manner; maximizing profits, while minimizing liabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Advocate in matters involving the purchase of required material, product inquiries, quotes, purchase order placement, pricing, discount breaks, and on-time delivery of designated factory and supplier purchased products.
- Perform purchasing activities as directed by Asset Managers for highest volume suppliers.
- Identify and report critical vendor issues to the Asset Manager.
- Demonstrate an understanding of all supplier policies, procedures, contracts and products.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma, some college preferred but not required.
- Some experience in Purchasing/Procurement preferred.
Strong communication skills.
