Position Summary:
The Tobacco Analyst is responsible for completing analytical and operational requests by Category Managers and Director. They will provide practical analyses and reports to help make informed decisions with the Tobacco Team. Results must be highly polished and suitable for internal and external presentation.
Responsibilities:
Working Relationships: Accounts Payable Department, Accounts Receivable Department, Warehouse Personnel, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Sales Representative, and Brokers.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree with quantitative focus
Minimum Experience: Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) software, PDI, Smartsheets
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of inter-company functions, able to manage large Data Bases (1700 stores), communication skill Both internal and external at all levels

Soft Skills: Must be well organized and detail/process oriented. Must also possess strong communication skills, which include a pleasant and professional phone manner. Should be able to successfully work within a fast-paced environment.
