Local family run organization is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant. This position will be responsible for managing several aspects of the daily operations. This assistant will be detail oriented and driven to succeed.
• Manage executive and personal calendars.
• Take ownership of executive assistant tasks and see them through from start to finish.
• Organize substantial travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations and transportation.
• Review, classify, submit and follow up on various invoices and bills.
