As an Assistant Buyer at Scentiment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to make high-quality fragrance oils and products accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order (PO) Creation: Develop and manage purchase orders in alignment with inventory needs, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of products.
• Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms, evaluating performance, and identifying new suppliers to optimize product quality and availability.
• Logistics and Supply Chain Assistance: Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to facilitate smooth and efficient product flow, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistics issues that may arise.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data related to inventory, suppliers, and purchase orders within our systems.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on inventory levels, procurement performance, and vendor metrics to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or retail operations is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to foster relationships with vendors.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data entry and analysis.
