Mental Health Clinician - MSW provides clinical mental health counseling and case management services to patients. Completes patient assessments to identify social and emotional challenges. Being a Mental Health Clinician - MSW may conduct crisis interventions with patients and families. Recommends and coordinates services. Additionally, Mental Health Clinician - MSW coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement a holistic treatment plan. Typically requires eligibility for state licensure. Work Schedule:
100% Days, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No on call or weekend requirements. This position is a hybrid of in person and remote work.

Trainee license in particular discipline (e.g., CAPSW, LPC-IT, LMFT-IT) within ninety (90) days of hire
Fully licensed in particular discipline (e.g., LCSW LPC, LMFT) within 2.5 years of hire.
