    We are seeking engaged, creative, and dedicated Licensed and Associate Mental Health Professionals to join our growing mental health practice. Positions are available for Psychologists, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associates looking to develop as professionals in a private practice setting.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Masters or doctoral degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology or a related field.
    • Unencumbered license as either a: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD Clinical Pychologist
    • Associate licensed therapists

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Additional training and/or certification in evidence-based practices.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provides high quality, outcomes driven, mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
    • Creates a healthy therapeutic relationship with all clients on their caseload.
    • Capable of making accurate mental health diagnoses using DSM-5.
    • Develops assessments and treatment plans in collaboration with clients, caregivers, and other health care team members with a focus on client goals, strengths, and barriers.
    • Is able to collaborate effectively with other health care providers and make referrals for appropriate services (e.g., medication management, case management).
    • Is able to provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups with a range of presenting problems, ages, and client backgrounds.
    • Adheres to professional ethical standards
    • Documents services and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications

    • Must be able to meet state and federal guidelines and requirements for professionals working with vulnerable populations.
    • Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with clients, staff and support agencies.
    • Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile people

    Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
