Mental Health Clinician - MSW jobs in Chula Vista, CA

Cyti Psychological is hiring in-person California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, License Professional Counselor, or Psychologists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD).  Licensed Mental Health Therapists with at least 1 to 3 years of experience. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provision of in-person for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples Therapy: Mental Health Therapists can define the modalities and populations with whom they feel the most comfortable and competent.
• Must have experience providing therapy to Children.
• The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of DSM V mental health disorders via our HIPAA-compliant platform
• Clinical record documentation on our secure platform per the standards of care and licensing requirements
• Some administrative tasks may apply
• This is an onsite position. 

Pay:

• Competitive annual pay salary of $90,000 up to $100,000.  This is determined by candidate’s degree level; client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in person at one of our physical practice locations); years of licensed experience; and additional certifications/experience with our most highly treated populations.
  
• Performance based bonus!
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time and In-person.
• $200 therapist referral bonus (must be a fulltime employee and referred therapist must be a fulltime employee within 90 days)

Education and Experience:

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist in California
• LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Registered Psychologist
• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree
• Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
• Experience working with children, individuals, families, and/or couples
• Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients
• Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
• Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity (if remote becomes available)
• Enrollment in CAQH
