Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/PCC) provides clinical mental health counseling and case management services to patients. Conducts patient assessments, coordinates services, and provides individual therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes. Being a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/PCC) coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement a holistic treatment plan. Requires a master's degree in psychology or equivalent. Additionally, Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/PCC) requires certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Typically reports to a manager. Working with individuals that are in need of behavioral health services. Ranging from individual counseling, group counseling, family and couples counseling.
