Three Men & A Shovel Landscaping is currently accepting applications for the position of Landscape Construction Crew Member. The successful candidate will have experience in landscape construction including: sprinkler system installation, grading and leveling, planting operations, pavers, flagstone, etc. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, and have strong organization and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be able to work as part of a small and efficient team and working in a fast paced environment.

Minimum requirements:
• 1 year Landscaping experience
• Valid Utah Driver's License & insurable with company's agent
• Drug-free
• Ability to lift 50 lbs for extended periods of time
• Ability to work long shifts under pressure of deadlines
• Must be willing to work 40 hours per week M-F and some Saturdays as the weather dictates during the landscaping season
• Proven track record of superior customer service
• Reliable source of transportation to jobsite/work
• Ability to work long shifts under pressure of deadlines
• Willingness to work long & odd hours including nights and weekends during the snow removal season
• Dependable method of contact for afterhours snow events
• High school degree or equivalent
