Responsibilities:
Responsible for direction, oversight, and leadership of the entire men's soccer program, approximately 30 male student-athletes and two graduate assistants. Fully responsible for the ongoing operation and development of the program including but not limited to: teaching, coaching, and strategy; administrative duties; recruiting qualified student-athletes; coordinating prospect visits; off-campus recruiting; developing and implementing practice plans; committing to player strength and skill development; monitoring academic progress and success; working closely with university admissions and student success center; abiding by University, GSC, and NCAA rules and compliance. Must have effective communication, leadership, and organization skills and foster positive student-athlete, campus, community, alumni, and athletic department relations.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred. It is preferred that the qualified candidate have playing and coaching experience at the collegiate level.Bachelors Degree required.Masters Degree preferred. Salary:
12 monthCommensurate with experience and qualifications
