Men's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's men's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire men's coaching staff. Being a Men's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Men's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Men's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Men's Athletics Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. What You'll Do
You and your team will…- Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
- Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
- Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
- Complete paperwork and payment collection
- Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks
What We're Looking For
- We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years or older for movers; 21 years or older for drivers due to insurance restrictions
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
- Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
