Your Role: Driving Sales and Leading with Excellence
As our General Manager, your focus is on achieving ambitious revenue goals through memberships, private classes, teacher training, and retail sales. You'll be the driving force in our sales strategy, using your expertise to attract and retain clients, thereby directly impacting your earnings.
Core Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue targets by promoting memberships, private sessions, and teacher training.
Implement and support company promotions to generate new leads and drive membership growth.
Lead grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
Master the sales process, converting prospects into loyal clients during demo classes.
Manage and optimize staff schedules.
Recruit, train, and lead Sales Representatives and Front Desk Staff.
Provide continuous coaching and training to enhance the team's sales performance.
Participate in networking events and promotions to increase studio visibility.
Manage strategic marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Oversee the studio's social media accounts and create locally relevant content.
Handle email marketing campaigns to engage and attract clients.
Uphold standard operating procedures and policies.
Ensure effective communication and enforcement of Club policies.
Coordinate with vendors for precise inventory management of studio retail/products.
Utilize ClubReady software for revenue and attendance tracking.
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
Handle administrative tasks, including dues collection and document management.
Qualifications:
3 years in sales, hospitality, or fitness sales.
Proven ability in personal sales and training others in sales techniques.
Experience in managing and driving multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Highly organized with proficient data management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A professional demeanor with a strong service mentality.
Punctual, reliable, and meticulous in approach.
Skilled in using computers, including Excel, Word, email, and studio software.
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
