MEMBERSHIP MANAGER
Full Time / In-Person

LeadingAge Southeast is seeking a Membership Manager to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida!

What You’ll Do:

• Report directly to our Senior Director of Operations
• Develop creative marketing plans and engaging outreach initiatives
• Create a dazzling first impression for prospective and new members throughout the application and onboarding process
• Serve as the staff liaison to our Membership Committee and the national association
• Manage our association management system (AMS) to keep all member data up-to-date
• Coordinate the member awards program for presentation at our annual convention
• Work with our Director of Accounting and Finance and the national association to send out annual dues invoices and reconcile dues on a quarterly basis
• Manage our annual membership directory update

Qualifications:

• Expert level proficiency with Your Membership or similar AMS preferred
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of proven membership development, senior living, or association experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
