Under the supervision of the VP of Operations and consistent with the Christian mission of the YMCA, the Membership Director will direct all aspects of membership for the branch including recruitment of new members, retention of existing members and supervision of assigned staff. Manages high-quality, member & community focused programs. Develops, plans and implements new procedures and methods to achieve strategic goals.
