Membership Assistant responds to member inquiries regarding membership, educational programs, events, publications, billing, or other problems using a phone, e-mail, or chat format. Processes subscriptions, membership applications, or member data changes. Being a Membership Assistant directs members to the resources to answer questions or provide requested information. Documents inquiries and interactions using a ticketing or customer relationship management (CRM) system. Additionally, Membership Assistant may draft correspondence and promotional communications or conduct outreach calling to solicit new members or promote events. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Membership Assistant works under moderate supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
PTO 80 hours (maximum of 2 work weeks and not eligible to be taken during the months of June and July)
Position will involve working at Sails Restaurant during the months of August and September.
Position will be 5-6 days per week as needed, 6 days will be require during peak season. 10am – 9pm
