Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an energetic, customer-service oriented leader, who thrives in a fast-paced work environment to fill our full-time Member Services Supervisor role. This position will have opening responsibilities from 4:45 am - 12:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Having a passion for health and fitness is important and retail/sales experience is a plus!

Requirements

In joining our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Greeting and providing excellent customer service to all HCI Members and Guests
• Offering tours of our facility, educating visitors on our services, and onboarding new members
• Following up with visitors and prospects to reach monthly sales goals
• Helping maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our fitness center and amenities
• Understanding our ClubReady Operating System and updating Member and Guest accounts
• Assisting management in leading our Member Services team when needed

To be a great fit, you’ll have:

• Availability to work a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 4:45 am - 12:45 pm - some flexibility preferred
• 5 Years of customer service experience
• Effective computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems
• Retail/Sales experience is a plus
• An attentive & energetic personality
• A self-starter mentality – goal driven and able to work autonomously

What you’ll get as a member of our team:

• $17 - $20 per hour eligibility to earn bonuses and time and a half premium pay if working a holiday
