Jenda Family Services is looking for a highly motivated Direct Services Supervisor. This position leads a team of Family Support Workers who supervise visits between parents and children and provide education and assistance with improving parental functioning.
Direct Services Supervisors at Jenda work hard but have a lot of fun doing it. Your primary responsibility is to lead and teach staff, while providing them with consistent support and mentoring. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the work of your staff is effectively and timely documented and communicated.
