Jenda Family Services is looking for a highly motivated Direct Services Supervisor. This position leads a team of Family Support Workers who supervise visits between parents and children and provide education and assistance with improving parental functioning.

Direct Services Supervisors at Jenda work hard but have a lot of fun doing it. Your primary responsibility is to lead and teach staff, while providing them with consistent support and mentoring. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the work of your staff is effectively and timely documented and communicated. The environment at Jenda can be fast paced at times, and the ability to multi-task is necessary. At Jenda, our top priority is to provide the best services to the families we work with. Being an extension and a reflection of this mission is a vital part of this position.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this position, but not required. Experience in child welfare, or a related field is strongly preferred. Excellent pay with experience considered. Jenda is excited to have the opportunity to grow and expand our services. Come be a part of our team!

Pay: $46,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
