MEMBER SERVICES SUPERVISOR SUMMARY: 

Our Member Services Supervisor ensures that our members’ and their guests’ needs are fulfilled at 5 Star/5 Diamond service level. This position conveys a positive and unforgettable service experience while providing guidance and training of the internal team while engaging with our members and their guests. 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Oversee, Lead, Train, Motivate and schedule the Member Services team 
• Be knowledgeable at all times of Club events and programs in order to communicate and schedule based on need
• Greet and welcome members to the facilities in accordance with our Forbes level of service
• Assist members with the orientation of Whitetail Club and all its facilities and amenities
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the Fish & Swim Club and Clubhouse exterior and interior, Whitetail Club Park, workout facility and indoor tennis pavilion, pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture, trash/recycle receptacles, walkways, beaches, game room, mountain bike equipment, Nordic equipment, fishing ponds, parks and other facilities
• Assist members with fishing, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, sledding or other outdoor activities
• Maintain the pool, hot tub and locker room cleanliness, replace towels, organize chairs, umbrellas and tables
• Notify maintenance staff of any Whitetail Club transportation vehicle service needs
• Perform or communicate transportation requests for members
• Assist the Marina and Guest Services when needed
• Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and standards
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:  

• At least one-year prior proven successful supervisory experience in a like role
• Relevant Forbes/AAA, 3/4 star/diamond service experience in a like property
• High School Diploma or equivalent Education
• Ability to multi-task while providing superior customer service 
• Ability to convey an exemplary level of service by communicating effectively with and receiving information from members, guests and coworkers
• Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• General knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
• Previous Guest Service Experience
