Member Records Administrator jobs in Oregon

Hillsboro Aero Academy is looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Records Administrator to join our team at our Hillsboro Airport campus. In this position you will work in our Aircraft Maintenance Department and be part of a team that supports our school’s fleet of airplanes and helicopters. This position entails 40 hrs per week in the office. Starting wage is $20/hour with opportunity for growth.

Job Duties include:

• Typing aircraft maintenance log entries from handwritten work orders
• Closing work orders in our maintenance software system
• Sorting and filing aircraft maintenance records
• Maintaining aircraft logbooks and FAA Part 145 Repair Station work orders
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Additional growth opportunities:

• Ensuring quality of maintenance paperwork
• Ensuring regulatory compliance tasks including:
  • Tool calibration
  • Hazardous material expiration management
• Ensuring accuracy of maintenance database

Required skills: 

• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Speed and accuracy 
• Typing: good typing skills required (60-70 WPM or better). 
• Organized
