Job Description

Job Duties/Description:

• Responds promptly to daily phone and email inquiries
• Responds to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information
• Responsible for processing certification payments as assigned
• Responsible for daily calls and emails to and from certified and non-certified individuals regarding current certification status
• Assists with reviewing, approving and/or denying certification renewals
• Assists with processing of external credit submissions to and for the organization.
• Completes ongoing data entry projects

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in written form
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $20-23/hr.
• Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4pm
• Location: Hybrid - 2 days minimum in office
• Type: Temp to hire
