**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and capable Director to lead our Playschool. The Director will oversee the program and administrative operations, in keeping with our mission statement to continue to maintain a supportive and loving learning environment for students and their families.

**Responsibilities:**

- Make connections in the community to enhance classroom experience, provide services to our students families, and advertise our program.

- Provide leadership and guidance to our teachers, promoting a culture of cooperation and investment in our students' and families' experience.

- Collaborate with teachers and church staff to coordinate programming and events.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

- Manage budgeting, supplies, and administrative duties of the program.

- Represent the program in external relations, fostering partnerships in the community.

**Experience:**

- Degree in childhood education or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in other preschool or lower elementary school environments as a teacher.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate teachers to continually improve curriculum and the classroom experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
