    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Credentialing Specialist. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all healthcare providers meet the necessary qualifications and credentials required for their practice. This position requires knowledge of medical terminology, standards, and experience working in a medical office or managed care setting.

    Duties:
    - Review and verify healthcare provider credentials, including licenses, certifications, and education
    - Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on healthcare providers
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider credentialing files
    - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
    - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for credentialing purposes
    - Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain missing or incomplete information
    - Assist in resolving any credentialing issues or discrepancies
    - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credentialing requirements

    Skills:
    - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and standards
