Experience/Specialized Skills: Should have prior experience in a medical office. Should have working knowledge of medical terminology, work processing, data entry and have strong customer service skills. Must have good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet office needs. Must have the ability to interact well with people and handle stressful situations appropriately.
