Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Proofread and type various documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
