Medical Secretary - Home Care provides secretarial support to clinical staff in a home care environment. Performs various secretarial and clerical duties, such as typing reports and correspondence, transcribing written notes, maintaining records and files, answering phones, and arranging clinician schedules. Being a Medical Secretary - Home Care may be responsible for entering clinician charges into medical billing system. Requires knowledge of medical terms and vocabulary. Additionally, Medical Secretary - Home Care requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Secretary - Home Care possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     Complete Care at Home is an in-home caregiving agency looking to hire COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVERS for our elderly clients in Santa Barbara County. If you join our team, you could care for clients in cities like Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Buellton and Solvang depending on your availability and location.

    We are hiring for 12-hour, 8-hour, and 4-hour DAY SHIFTS, 12-hour OVERNIGHT SHIFTS, and all WEEKEND shifts. Caregivers will be required to have SOME availability over the weekend and should expect to be scheduled for at least one weekend shift when first starting. We are looking for CONSISTENCY from our caregivers and will do our best to offer them a consistent schedule in return--even if your client's shifts change.

    As a caregiver, you would be helping your client with their "ADLs" (bathing, dressing and grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, etc.) We will TRAIN you if there's anything you don't know how to do!

    How to qualify for the job:
    1) Have 1 years of experience as a senior caregiver

    2) Be willing to undergo a background check for the Home Care Aide Registration in California (if you have not already)

    3) Have a driver's license and reliable transportation to shifts

    4) Be consistent and reliable!
