Medical Secretary - Home Care provides secretarial support to clinical staff in a home care environment. Performs various secretarial and clerical duties, such as typing reports and correspondence, transcribing written notes, maintaining records and files, answering phones, and arranging clinician schedules. Being a Medical Secretary - Home Care may be responsible for entering clinician charges into medical billing system. Requires knowledge of medical terms and vocabulary. Additionally, Medical Secretary - Home Care requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Secretary - Home Care possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Pay range is $16.75-$21.50 hr depending on the clients care needs.
Example shifts:- 8a-12p, 9a-1p, 10a-2p, 8a-5p, 9a-6pm, 9a-2p, 10a-3p, 4p-6p, 2p-5p, 4p-8pm, 6p-8pm
- We offer shifts that are 2 hours to 12 hours! We will work with your availability!

Caregiver Job Duties:Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information:- Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
- If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
Requirements:- 18 years
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
